Definitely my fitness and flexibility has improved dramatically. I would also say my friendships have really gotten deeper as that has been an area of focus. 


When I’m not tracking (w/ the Uplevel Tracker) I tend to completely forget about the positive activities that aren’t built into my daily life. And I’m finding I build confidence, self esteem, well being even with doing a little act (ie a 15 minute bike ride to check off cardio).
